Our story and mission to help new wholesalers succeed

Our Story

We started Flexi after seeing new wholesalers struggle to get their business off the ground. Many were stuck without leads, and therefore unable to make offers, and therefore unable to close any deals. When the leads they did get never closed, they were unable to build momentum. Indeed, these are the struggles of any new business.

We knew that getting leads the way gurus usually taught was expensive, and new wholesalers didn't have the money to buy expensive software for obtaining property data, analyzing deals, and reaching out via cold calling, mailers, etc. No money for PPC ads, no money to hire VAs, and no money to risk for one contract with a 30% chance to close. Not enough time to grind through the free marketing methods, and not enough motivation to keep doing it with no results.

So these were the problems we saw. And who were we, and where were we at? We were wholesalers ourselves, and had built our own lead generation website (sellthehouse.info). Our owner loved seller finance and had created a high ranking seller finance calculator. People were loving it. He realized that with some seller finance knowledge, there was a way to solve all of the problems new wholesalers had, and be able to get leads for free in an automatic way. No high expenses and no grind. Thus, Flexi was born.
